I found bargain hanging egg chair and it’s time for a new deck at the cottage! Now if you have the pleasure of owning a cottage, you know that the work never ends! Don’t get me wrong, I love the cottage, it is my happy place and I am not complaining (especially since I am mostly designing, ordering supplies and picking out a bit of furniture) but; truth be told…the work NEVER ends. I’ve been researching and pinning and planning for the deck. In the end, it’s a pretty simple design. We will be adding a bit of privacy, some plants and fortunately we are able to remove some of the railing and replace with steps. This will give us an uninterrupted view and I can’t wait!
We bought the sectional you see above, a few years ago and it is in good shape. The pine Muskoka chairs, however are breaking. I have ordered replacements which are made of solid recycled plastic and are supposed to last a life time. I’ll keep you posted…
