Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1-8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Blend cream cheese and butter with mixer.
  2. Add icing sugar one cup at a time, blending well after each addition.
  3. Add vanilla and blend until mixed.
  4. Blend on high 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
